VOLUNTEER IN MISSION (VIM) PASTORS NEEDED TO SERVE

THE PROTESTANT CHRISTIAN CHURCH

IN BALI

There are two English Speaking International Congregations related to the Protestant Christian Church in Bali, one located on Bukit Doa (hill of prayer) at Nusa Dua and the other in Legian near Kuta Bay.

Volunteer In Mission (VIM) pastors serve at the invitation of the Protestant Christian Church in Bali. The usual term of service is three months, but longer term commitments are also being sought.

Housing right on the beach, daily maid service, a van and driver (van and driver are shared by two pastors) are provided by the Protestant Christian Church in Bali

VIMs pay a nominal fee for use of the van.

VIMs provide their own air transportation and meals.

Main responsibilities are preaching at Sunday morning worship, teaching a weekly Bible study, and providing pastoral care for church members and others as requested.

Some VIMs and or spouses choose also to share their gifts, interests, or abilities in additional ways.
There is ample time for sightseeing on Bali and other islands in Indonesia.

Applications are now being accepted for serving in late 2008.
